General Adhesion Agreement

About this document. This Adhesion Agreement is a simplified version for quick reading — it highlights the key points of the relationship between you and Rollin Host. It does not replace the Terms of Service or the other policies listed in section 5, which remain the full, binding contractual document.

1. Scope

This Agreement formally sets out, in plain language, the contractual relationship between the Client and Rollin Serviços Digitais e Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 64.204.851/0001-39 ("Rollin Host"), for the provision of website hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers, corporate email, domain registration/management, SSL certificates and other related products published at rollinhost.com.br.

2. Contracting parties

Service Provider: Rollin Serviços Digitais e Tecnologia LTDA, a limited liability company registered under CNPJ 64.204.851/0001-39, headquartered in Campinas — SP, Brazil.

Client: any individual or legal entity that registers in the Rollin Host control panel and/or purchases any service, by electronically accepting the conditions set out herein and in the other contractual documents.

3. Acceptance

Acceptance is unequivocally expressed by any of the following actions:

  • Creating an account at painel.rollinhost.com.br by checking the terms acceptance box;
  • Purchasing any paid or free service;
  • Paying an invoice issued by Rollin Host;
  • Actually using the infrastructure.

The acceptance record is retained in Rollin Host's systems (IP logs, timestamp and version of the documents in force at the time), constituting evidence under applicable Brazilian law.

4. Legal capacity

By accepting this Agreement, the Client warrants that they:

  • Are at least 18 years old or legally emancipated under civil law;
  • Have full legal capacity and authority to enter into contracts;
  • If a legal entity, have duly established legal representation and authority to execute this Agreement;
  • Have provided information that is true, complete and up to date.

5. Applicable contractual documents

By accepting this Agreement, the Client confirms having read and fully agreed to the following documents, which form part of the contract and may be consulted at any time in the contracts hub:

6. Rollin Host commitments

In providing the contracted services, Rollin Host commits to:

  • Keeping the infrastructure available in accordance with the indicators published in the Transparent SLA;
  • Processing personal data in compliance with Brazil's LGPD and the Privacy Policy;
  • Clearly communicating material changes to the contracts at least 30 days in advance;
  • Providing technical support through the published channels and during the published hours;
  • Issuing invoices (NF-e) in compliance with applicable tax law;
  • Applying the unconditional 30-day guarantee for the first purchase, in accordance with art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code.

7. Client obligations

  • Keep registration data up to date (email, tax ID, fiscal address, payment methods);
  • Pay invoices by their due dates;
  • Not use the services for purposes prohibited by the AUP or the Anti-Spam Policy;
  • Maintain their own copies of their data, as required by the Backup Policy, section 9;
  • Keep passwords and access credentials confidential;
  • Cooperate with investigations in the event of a substantiated abuse complaint.

8. Payment and cancellation

Payment methods and cycles, late-payment rules, automatic renewal and cancellation are detailed in the Billing and Invoice Policy and in the Automatic Renewal Policy. In summary:

  • Advance billing per cycle, with an invoice (NF-e) issued upon payment confirmation;
  • Automatic renewal enabled by default for recurring payment methods, with reminders at 60/30/15/7 days before the due date and the right to disable it at any time;
  • Cancellation without penalty, at any time, taking effect from the following billing cycle;
  • Overdue payments result in service suspension from day D+8 and termination from D+16, with data loss.

9. 30-day guarantee

Rollin Host offers an unconditional 30 (thirty)-day money-back guarantee for the first purchase of any hosting or VPS service, counted from activation. If, within that period, the Client is dissatisfied for any reason, they may request a full refund, subject to the rules detailed in the Refund Policy (including exclusions — domains, paid SSL certificates, non-refundable third-party licenses).

10. Limitation of liability

Rollin Host makes diligent efforts to ensure service continuity within the SLA parameters. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rollin Host is not liable for:

  • Acts of God or force majeure (art. 393 of the Brazilian Civil Code);
  • Acts or omissions of the Client, third parties not controlled by Rollin Host, or external agents (large-scale DDoS attacks, transit provider outages, etc.);
  • Loss of revenue or indirect, unforeseeable damages;
  • Data loss where the Client failed to maintain their own copies as required by the applicable policies.

In any event, any indemnification shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, except where the law prohibits such a limitation.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Defense Code (where applicable), the Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law 13,709/2018).

The courts of Campinas — SP, Brazil are elected as the exclusive forum for any disputes arising from this Agreement, with express waiver of any other forum, however privileged — except for the right of individual consumers to file suit in the courts of their domicile (CDC, art. 101, I).

By accepting this Agreement, the Client confirms having read, understood and agreed to all applicable contractual documents in their entirety.
