Will there be downtime during the migration?
When possible, zero downtime. We migrate in parallel on the new server, test everything, and only point the domain when you approve. Cases requiring a maintenance window (large DBs, session-based systems): we agree on the lowest-impact time — typically a controlled 30-60 min window.
How long does it take?
WordPress sites + email: 24-48h. VPS with custom app or medium databases: 2-5 business days. Complex stacks (multi-server, n8n with queues, EvolutionAPI multi-instance): 5-10 business days. Timeline is agreed in the migration plan before we start.

Do you migrate outside business hours?
