Infra

DevOps / Cloud Engineer

Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure (KVM, VPS, Ansible/Terraform automation). Handle monitoring, backups and performance tuning.

Remoto / Híbrido Pleno / Sênior

Responsibilities

Provision and maintain cloud servers (KVM, Docker, private networks, firewall)
Automate deployments with Ansible / Terraform / custom scripts
Active monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, alerts) and rotating on-call
Performance optimization (LiteSpeed, MySQL, Redis, Postgres)
Migrate workloads between datacenters without downtime

Requirements

Solid experience with Linux server, networking and Docker
Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean or similar)
Ansible or Terraform in practice (not just tutorials)
Bash / Python / Go for automation
Knowledge of DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/2/3, BGP is a plus

AI / Agents Engineer

Build and evolve conversational agents (Nikko, OpenClaw) with in-house and third-party LLMs. Tuning, RAG, integrations with WhatsApp/Telegram.

Remoto Pleno / Sênior

Responsibilities

Develop/maintain conversational AI agents (Python, FastAPI)
RAG pipeline: ingestion, embedding, vector store (Qdrant/pgvector)
Integration with EvolutionAPI, Telegram, voice (Whisper, ElevenLabs)
Model evaluation (Claude, GPT, local Llama) and prompt tuning
Agent observability (cost/token, latency, response quality)

Requirements

Strong Python + practical experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Anthropic SDK, OpenAI SDK)
Built RAG end-to-end (not just a notebook)
Knowledge of vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate)
Familiarity with function-calling / tool-use, streaming, structured outputs
Bonus: done fine-tuning or run a local model (vLLM, llama.cpp, Ollama)

Full-stack Developer

Work on the client panel, internal dashboards and SaaS tools (Astro, TypeScript, Supabase, Tailwind, PostgreSQL).

Remoto Pleno

Responsibilities

End-to-end features on the marketing site (Astro) and client panel
Serverless API routes (Vercel), Supabase integration
Consistent UI components following the existing design system
Code review with the team, pair programming for alignment
Performance / SEO / Core Web Vitals — we consider this a differentiator

Requirements

Fluent TypeScript + a modern framework (Astro, Next, Remix, SvelteKit)
PostgreSQL in practice (real queries, indexes, EXPLAIN)
CSS without a framework as a crutch (can write clean vanilla too)
Disciplined Git workflow, small and focused PRs
Bonus: experience with Supabase, Vercel or a headless CMS

24/7 Technical Support

Handle client chat/tickets, solve real problems (DNS, SSL, email, WordPress, performance). Rotating on-call with 3 people.

Remoto Pleno

Responsibilities

Support via WhatsApp, WHMCS ticket and Nikko chat
Direct technical resolution: DNS, SSL/TLS, email (IMAP/SMTP), MySQL
Migrate sites from other providers (cPanel, hPanel, Locaweb, HostGator)
Document new cases in internal and external /docs
Weekend rotating on-call (1 in every 4 weeks)

Requirements

Previous experience with WordPress and shared hosting/cPanel
Flawless written Portuguese (customers read it)
Calm under pressure — a site being down stresses the customer
Curiosity to find the root cause, not just "try restarting"
Bonus: basic Linux/CLI, cron management, DNS records

SDR / Inside Sales

Qualify leads coming through the site, schedule demos for the closer and nurture prospects not yet ready to buy. WhatsApp first, phone when it makes sense.

Remoto Júnior

Responsibilities

Qualify inbound leads (forms, logo creator, scheduled demos)
First contact within 5 min via WhatsApp for hot leads
Demo scheduling with closer / Lais
Automated follow-up cadence (7-14 day sequence)
Metrics: SQL/MQL, no-show rate, time to first contact

Requirements

Prior SDR/inside sales experience (1+ year)
Clear communication in Portuguese (written and spoken)
CRM and follow-up discipline (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD or similar)
Comfortable with technical clients (devs, agencies) — not afraid to ask questions
Bonus: sold B2B SaaS or technology services before
