Is this the Official WhatsApp API?
Yes. This page is about the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), Meta's official API. Rollin was approved as a Meta Tech Provider in 2026 and operates the API directly — with business verification, approved templates, and human support.
What is Hunter?
It is Rollin's platform built on the Official API: an inbox with multiple agents on the same number, contacts, campaigns with approved templates, and an API Mode (REST + webhooks) to integrate with your system. See the platform in detail at agenciarollin.com/whatsapp-api-oficial.
How much does it cost?
The platform starts at R$ 297/month (Start plan), with a one-time setup fee from R$ 497. On top of the monthly fee, Meta charges per conversation — rates vary by category (marketing, utility, authentication; customer-initiated service conversations are free within the 24h window). We help you estimate the total cost for your volume.
What do I need to activate?
An active business registration, a corporate website and email, a phone number dedicated to the API, and a Meta Business Manager (existing or created during setup). We collect this at checkout and our team handles the configuration and business verification with Meta.
Does it integrate with n8n, CRMs, and my own system?
Yes. The API Mode plan exposes REST endpoints and webhooks of the Official API — you can plug it into n8n, your CRM, or any system that makes HTTP requests. The other plans ship with ready-made automations in Hunter.
Can I use an existing number?
Numbers can be migrated to the Cloud API, following Meta's requirements (business line, number not in active use in the app at migration time). Our team runs the process with you.
Will my business show as verified?
Meta's Business Verification is part of the onboarding. Once approved, your account operates with an approved display name, higher conversation limits, and the benefits of a verified business.
What about unofficial APIs like Evolution API and WAHA?
They are open-source software that connect to WhatsApp outside the official API. You can install them yourself on a Rollin server, like any catalog application — operation and compliance with WhatsApp's terms are your responsibility. For your brand's commercial operation, our recommendation is the Official API.
How many messages can I broadcast at the start?
Meta works with tiers that rise with history, not on request. A new number starts at 250 recipients per day and moves up to 1,000, 10,000 and 100,000 as you deliver volume with quality. If you broadcast thousands a day today, you need to know this before signing.
What is the 24-hour window?
A conversation stays open for 24 hours from the customer's last message. Inside it you reply freely; outside, only with an approved template. Hunter shows the window on screen and blocks the send before trying. From October 1st, 2026 Meta also starts charging for service messages inside the window.
What does the Scale AI agent do — and not do?
It does: reply when the customer writes, using only the knowledge base you provide, and escalate to the team when it does not know. It does not: start conversations, chase leads, confirm payments, cancellations or exceptions, or act outside the 24-hour window.
Does it cover Instagram, Messenger or voice calls?
Not yet. Our Meta approval covers WhatsApp only — Instagram Direct and Messenger would require a new submission. Voice calling depends on a 10k/day tier and telephony infrastructure, and video does not exist in Meta's API.
What about opt-out?
It is permanent and applies to every plan. It is honored automatically in campaigns and by the agent — including when the person uses WhatsApp's own button without writing anything.
