DV (Domain Validation) only proves you control the domain — it issues in minutes via email or DNS verification. OV (Organization Validation) also verifies the company’s existence (active CNPJ, phone, address) — it takes 1-3 days. EV (Extended Validation) is the most rigorous: it verifies the legal entity, the requester’s authority, and the browser displays the company name in the padlock. It takes 5-7 days.
It covers the main domain AND ALL subdomains of ONE level: rollinhost.com.br + *.rollinhost.com.br = valid for app.rollinhost.com.br, painel.rollinhost.com.br, api.rollinhost.com.br, etc. It does not cover subdomains of subdomains (e.g. x.app.rollinhost.com.br). Yes, within the first 30 days. After issuance and installation, we refund in full if there is a technical problem. After 30 days, no refund (Sectigo has already charged). If you want to stop using it, just do not renew — the certificate expires on the marked date and you can go back to free Let's Encrypt.
