1. Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between Rollin Servicos Digitais e Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 64.204.851/0001-39 ("Rollin Host"), and the customer who joins the Reseller Program ("Reseller") to market, under the Reseller's own brand, hosting, VPS and related services to end customers ("End Customer") on a white-label basis.
These Terms are incorporated into the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Anti-Spam Policy, the Backup Policy and the other documents in the contract hub.
2. Definitions
- Reseller Program: a commercial partnership that grants the Reseller a 20% discount off the public list price across the entire Rollin Host catalog, with no product restrictions.
- Reseller: an individual or legal entity that has joined the Reseller Program by accepting these Terms and is registered at /seja-revendedor.
- End Customer: an individual or legal entity that purchases a service directly from the Reseller.
- White-label: the marketing of services without disclosing Rollin Host as the underlying infrastructure provider, under the Reseller's own brand.
- WHM Panel: the administration panel for the shared reseller server, where applicable to the contracted product.
3. Nature of the relationship
The Reseller acts in its own name and on its own behalf vis-a-vis End Customers, with no representation, authorized distribution, agency or franchise relationship with Rollin Host. Rollin Host is a provider of underlying infrastructure and has no direct contractual relationship with End Customers, except where the law expressly requires such a relationship (for example, substantiated abuse complaints, criminal offenses, court orders).
The Reseller may not hold itself out as an "official partner," "representative" or "affiliate" of Rollin Host unless a specific written agreement exists to that effect.
4. White-label
Rollin Host makes available to the Reseller:
- A WHM panel for managing End Customer accounts (where applicable);
- Custom DNS servers in the format
ns1.resellerdomain, configured by the Reseller; - The ability to mask Rollin Host's identity in the visible headers of services that support such configuration.
White-label branding does not exempt the Reseller from disclosing to an End Customer, upon inquiry, the existence of underlying infrastructure; nor does it authorize the use of Rollin Host's brand, domain or email addresses as if they were the Reseller's own.
5. Discount and benefits of the Reseller Program
Upon joining the Reseller Program, the Reseller receives:
- A 20% discount off the public list price on the entire Rollin Host catalog — shared hosting, VPS, corporate email, domain registration, SSL certificates and all other products;
- Priority access to a dedicated reseller support channel;
- Commercial and technical support materials available in the partner area.
The discount applies to invoices issued while the Reseller is current on payments and in compliance with these Terms. Rollin Host reserves the right to revise discount percentages with 30 days' prior notice, with the contracted rate guaranteed through the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Limits and quotas
Each product contracted by the Reseller is subject to limits on disk space, bandwidth, number of accounts, CPU/RAM/I/O consumption and other resources, as set out in the plan purchased and displayed in the control panel.
Overages may result in:
- Charges for additional traffic or resources, per the current rate schedule;
- Automatic throttling to preserve stability for other customers on the same server;
- A recommendation to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or dedicated VPS in cases of sustained usage above the contracted plan.
7. Billing and payment
Rollin Host's financial relationship is exclusively with the Reseller. End Customers pay the Reseller directly, under terms the Reseller sets. The Reseller is responsible for:
- Defining prices, billing cycles and payment methods for its End Customers;
- Issuing invoices to End Customers in compliance with applicable law (Rollin Host's invoice is issued to the Reseller);
- Absorbing chargebacks, defaults and operational costs relating to its End Customers.
The Reseller's default with Rollin Host is governed by the Billing Policy and may result in suspension of access, directly affecting hosted End Customers. The Reseller must maintain its account in good standing at all times.
8. Support
Rollin Host's technical support is provided directly to the Reseller, not to End Customers. The Reseller is responsible for first-level support to its End Customers.
When a problem requires intervention at the server, infrastructure, network or backup level, the Reseller must open a ticket in the control panel with a technical description of the incident. For urgent issues involving abuse or security, dedicated channels are available as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Responsibilities
9.1 Rollin Host
- Maintain infrastructure availability as set out in the Transparent SLA;
- Perform backups in accordance with the Backup Policy;
- Respond promptly to reasonable technical requests from the Reseller;
- Process data under its control in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the DPA.
9.2 Reseller
- Know and ensure that its End Customers comply with the AUP, the Anti-Spam Policy and all other Rollin Host policies;
- Address abuse complaints forwarded by Rollin Host promptly (within 24 hours of notification as a default) — the Reseller assumes joint and several liability for End Customer content when these obligations are breached;
- Maintain its own copies of critical End Customer data;
- Act as Data Controller for the personal data of its End Customers, with Rollin Host as Sub-processor;
- Maintain an accessible, responsible technical contact for incident handling;
- Not market Rollin Host products with false claims about infrastructure, SLA or resources.
10. Acceptable Use Policy, abuse and zero tolerance
The Reseller is Rollin Host's single point of contact for abuse complaints involving End Customers. Upon receiving a substantiated complaint, the Reseller must:
- Investigate the matter promptly, using available logs and tools;
- Apply appropriate remedies (notification, content removal, suspension of the End Customer's account);
- Cooperate with Rollin Host on any actions required by authorities.
Failure to cooperate on confirmed cases of phishing, malware, illegal content (particularly CSAM), mass spam or network attacks may result in the immediate suspension of the Reseller Program, to the detriment of all hosted End Customers.
11. LGPD and data processing
With respect to the processing of personal data of End Customers and their users:
- End Customer is the Data Controller for the personal data stored in its account;
- Reseller acts as Data Processor vis-a-vis the End Customer;
- Rollin Host acts as Sub-processor, pursuant to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
The Reseller must enter into a document equivalent to a DPA with its End Customers, passing on the relevant obligations that Rollin Host imposes on the Reseller.
12. SLA
Uptime metrics, credits for non-compliance and exclusions applicable to Reseller Program products are set out in the Transparent SLA. Any SLAs the Reseller commits to its End Customers are the Reseller's sole responsibility and must be consistent with the SLA received from Rollin Host.
13. Suspension and termination
Rollin Host may suspend or terminate participation in the Reseller Program in the event of:
- Prolonged payment default;
- Repeated use in breach of the AUP, to the detriment of other customers on the shared server;
- Repeated hosting of illegal content by an End Customer without timely action by the Reseller;
- Serious recurrence of spam complaints affecting server reputation.
In non-urgent cases, Rollin Host will allow a reasonable period for remediation. In serious cases (CSAM, active attacks, fraud), suspension may be immediate.
14. Amendments
Rollin Host may amend these Terms with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice for material changes. In the event of changes to the discount percentage or quantitative limits (storage, bandwidth, number of accounts), the contracted terms will remain in force until the end of the current billing cycle.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the Judicial District of Campinas — SP are designated as the exclusive venue for disputes, without prejudice to the right of an individual consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of domicile.
