How we measure
HTTP HEAD on all public endpoints every minute. If a response takes more than 3 seconds, we mark it as degraded. If it does not respond within 5 s or returns 5xx, we mark it as unavailable.
Main datacenter
Our infrastructure runs on Tier III/IV datacenters in Europe (Germany and Finland), with electrical redundancy and N+1 cooling, ISO 27001 compliance and low latency to Brazil.
