1. Plan types

Rollin Host — Rollin Servicos Digitais e Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 64.204.851/0001-39 — offers the following types of hosting plans:

  • Shared hosting — shared plans optimized for websites, web applications and automation.
  • VPS (Virtual Private Server) — private virtual servers with dedicated resources, configured according to the contracted plan.
  • Dedicated servers — physical machines with exclusive hardware, quoted directly with our team based on the customer's project.
  • Corporate email — professional email plans with a custom domain, including Titan Mail and Microsoft Exchange solutions.

Specifications, resources and pricing for each plan are described on the product page at the time of purchase and may change with 30 days prior notice.

2. Account activation and registration email

Your account will be activated once the first payment is identified in our system. For the registration to be valid, the customer must use a personal email address — not belonging to any of the domains to be hosted on the plan. This email is the official communication channel with Rollin Host for invoices, notifications, maintenance updates and support.

By contracting, the customer declares having full legal capacity or, if under 18 years of age, being duly assisted or represented by their legal guardian.

2.1 Free migration

Rollin Host offers free migration of websites, applications and environments hosted with other providers. Migration is carried out by our technical team, subject to technical feasibility assessed on a case-by-case basis. Migration of highly customized configurations or environments incompatible with our infrastructure is not guaranteed.

3. Prohibited persons, countries and entities

The services are subject to Brazilian and international export control laws and economic sanctions regulations. You may not use Rollin Host services if you are:

  • (a) an individual, organization or entity located in a country or territory subject to international sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea or the Crimea region);
  • (b) designated as a specially designated national or otherwise owned, controlled by or acting on behalf of such a person;
  • (c) otherwise a prohibited party under applicable trade laws;
  • (d) involved in activities related to nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weapons.

Violation of this clause authorizes immediate contract termination without refund.

4. Content and acceptable use policy

All Rollin Host services are intended exclusively for lawful and ethical purposes. It is expressly prohibited to use our services to:

  • Host, distribute or transmit illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks (DDoS) or any form of cyberattack;
  • Mine cryptocurrency on shared plans without express authorization;
  • Create malicious content, non-consensual deepfakes or AI systems for fraudulent purposes;
  • Resell or sublicense the services without prior written authorization from Rollin Host.

Rollin Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate, immediately and without refund, any account that violates this policy, and to notify the relevant authorities where applicable.

5. Zero tolerance for SPAM

Rollin Host enforces a zero-tolerance policy on unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing and any commercial message sent without the recipient's prior express consent. The customer undertakes to:

  • Send emails only to recipients who have granted express consent (opt-in);
  • Honor unsubscribe requests (opt-out) within 72 hours;
  • Maintain auditable records of consent (date, time, IP address, form);
  • Not use lists purchased, rented or obtained without consent.

As a preventive measure, we limit email sending during the first 24 hours after new plan activation. Accounts with a spam complaint rate above 0.3% or a hard bounce rate above 5% will be suspended immediately. For detailed sending limits, see our Anti-Spam Policy.

6. Payments and renewal

The customer is entirely responsible for keeping all payments for contracted services up to date.

6.1 Prepayment

All plans are prepaid: payment is made in advance for the contracted period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual).

6.2 Automatic renewal

By contracting, the customer agrees to automatic renewal of the plan for a period equal to the last contracted cycle. To cancel renewal, the customer must express that intention through the control panel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6.3 Overdue payments

Accounts more than 7 days overdue will be automatically suspended. Upon payment, reactivation occurs within 1 business day.

  • Shared hosting — accounts suspended for more than 30 days will be automatically deleted.
  • VPS and dedicated servers — accounts suspended for more than 7 consecutive days will be automatically deleted.

Rollin Host is not responsible for data loss resulting from suspension or deletion due to non-payment.

7. Backups

The customer assumes full responsibility for the files and data stored on our servers, including maintaining their own backup copies.

7.1 Shared hosting backup

Rollin Host maintains a weekly backup routine for shared hosting accounts with up to 60 GB of storage. This backup is provided as a courtesy and does not replace the customer's obligation to maintain their own copies. Rollin Host does not guarantee the integrity or availability of these backups.

7.2 VPS and dedicated servers

For VPS and dedicated servers, backup is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless an additional backup plan is contracted. We recommend external solutions such as AWS S3, Backblaze B2 or similar services.

8. Cancellation and refund

The customer may request plan cancellation at any time through the control panel or by ticket. Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

8.1 Satisfaction guarantee — 30 days

If the customer is not satisfied with Rollin Host services, they may request a full refund within the first 30 days from the activation date — no questions asked, no red tape. After this period, there is no pro-rated refund for unused time, except in cases provided for under Brazilian consumer protection law (CDC — Lei 8.078/1990).

8.2 Termination for cause

Cancellations due to policy violations (spam, prohibited content, repeated non-payment) do not entitle the customer to a refund.

9. Technical support

Rollin Host provides technical support through the following channels:

Support covers standard configurations of contracted plans. Advanced customizations, application development and specialized consulting may be subject to additional charges, always communicated in advance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, Rollin Host shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services;
  • Loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption;
  • Damages caused by third-party failures (internet providers, power supply, data centers, etc.);
  • Temporary unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, provided reasonable prior notice is given.

Rollin Host's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

Uptime Service Level Agreements (SLAs), where applicable, are described on the respective plan pages and take precedence over this general clause.

11. LGPD and data privacy

Rollin Host processes the customer's personal data in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei 13.709/2018) and the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Marco Civil da Internet — Lei 12.965/2014). Legal bases used include: contract performance, legal obligation and legitimate interest.

The customer (acting as controller of their own end users' data) is responsible for the proper processing of third-party personal data stored on our servers, including obtaining consent where required.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties irrevocably elect the courts of the Comarca of Campinas, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged, to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement.

For consumer relationships, the provisions of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC — Lei 8.078/1990) apply in full and prevail over any conflicting clause.
