Yes, it is the standard. You point your domain's MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC records (yourcompany.com) to our servers and create accounts like you@yourcompany.com. If the domain is registered with another provider, we show a step-by-step configuration; if it is with us, we configure it automatically.

The price is per account/month: Essential US$ 2.35, Sync US$ 5.98 and Exchange US$ 11.44. The quarterly, semiannual and annual cycles keep the same monthly value — only the billing frequency changes. For sign-ups of 20 accounts or more, we offer a custom progressive discount: talk to us for a quote.

No maximum limit. The model is pay-per-account: you create 5, 50 or 500 accounts — you pay only for what is active. From 20 accounts you enter the progressive discount tier, with a custom quote via WhatsApp or the contact form.

The space of all accounts becomes a pool. If you have 10 Essential accounts (20 GB each), you have 200 GB of total space — distributed as you need. The CEO's account can take 50 GB while others take 10 GB. Technical limit per account: 50 GB on Essential, 200 GB on the others.

Yes and yes. Outlook (any version), Apple Mail, Thunderbird via IMAP/SMTP. On mobile: native iOS/Android Mail via IMAP, or Sync/Exchange to get real-time push and synced calendar/contacts (ActiveSync).

No lock-in penalty. Cancel at any time via the panel or a ticket — the service continues until the end of the paid period and you can export all emails (PST/EML/IMAP backup) before deactivation.

Upgrade: anytime — move up a plan (Essential → Sync → Exchange) or add accounts/storage. You pay only the pro-rated difference for the time left in the already-paid cycle — what you paid is not lost, it is credited — and the change applies almost immediately, with no loss of your emails. Downgrade: moving down a plan or cutting accounts is scheduled for the next renewal — the current cycle's difference is not refunded in cash; any remaining balance becomes account credit you can use on any service. The technical team handles the whole migration for free: it reads the IMAP from the old provider (Gmail, Outlook 365, Locaweb, cPanel etc), creates the accounts on the new server with your structure (aliases, lists, filters) and replicates all emails, folders, calendar and contacts. The DNS records (MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are switched in a window agreed with you — with no lost messages.
