The Official Meta API (WhatsApp Cloud API) is an official REST endpoint provided by Meta, with SLA and official support, without violating the terms. It costs more (Meta charges per conversation), but it is the standard for serious businesses.

Yes. Meta requires Business Verification, which needs a business document, proof of company address and an active website (with SSL and consistent information). Without a business registration, you would only be able to use the standard WhatsApp Business version (with no protection against bans).
You can, but we do not recommend it on the same number. The ideal approach is to separate: Official API for large-scale automation (campaigns, transactional, mass service) and standard WhatsApp Business for manual team support. This limits ban risk to the manual number only.
Meta has clear rules: the template must have content identifiable as business communication (cannot look like spam or phishing), cannot contain shortened URLs, and must have a clear opt-out. Our team already knows the approved patterns — we draft them with you and submit to Meta. If rejected, we adjust and resubmit at no extra cost.
