1. Scope
These Terms govern the Referral Program ("Program") of Rollin Servicos Digitais e Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 64.204.851/0001-39 ("Rollin Host"), under which active customers could refer Rollin Host to third parties and receive rewards upon their sign-up and payment.
The Program is distinct from the Affiliate Program: the Referral Program was intended for regular customers recommending Rollin to acquaintances on a small scale. For professional promotion with extended tracking and marketing materials, please refer to the Affiliate Program.
2. Definitions
- Referrer: an active Rollin Host customer in good standing who participated in the Program.
- Referred Customer: an individual or legal entity that was not yet a Rollin Host customer and who subscribed to a service through a referral link or coupon.
- Referral link: a personalized URL generated in the control panel for each Referrer.
- Referral coupon: an alphanumeric code that could be entered at checkout, equivalent to the referral link.
- Conversion: the effective subscription to an eligible plan by the Referred Customer, with the invoice paid and the waiting period fulfilled.
- Reward: the monetary amount or credit applied to the Referrer's account under the rules in force at the time.
3. Who may participate
Any Rollin Host customer could participate as a Referrer provided they were:
- In good standing, with at least 1 (one) paid and active service;
- Free of any record of serious violation of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy in the preceding 12 months;
- In possession of a complete profile (valid CPF/CNPJ, confirmed email address, confirmed phone number).
The following were not eligible to be Referred Customers: the Referrer themselves (self-referral), individuals or legal entities who had already held a Rollin Host account in the preceding 12 months, and accounts evidently linked to the Referrer (same CPF, same CNPJ, related email addresses).
4. Referral mechanics
4.1 Generating the link/coupon
The Referrer accessed the control panel at painel.rollinhost.com.br → Referral Program and generated a personalized link or coupon. Multiple coupons per Referrer were permitted (for different campaigns, channels, etc.).
4.2 Attribution
A referral was attributed to the Referrer when the Referred Customer:
- Visited the Rollin Host website via the referral link (cookie valid for 60 days);
- Or entered the referral coupon at checkout;
- And completed registration with their own details (not linked to the Referrer).
The system applied a last-click attribution model: the last link or coupon used within the 60-day window prior to the subscription prevailed.
5. Referral reward
For each valid conversion, the Referrer received the reward in effect at the time the coupon was activated, as set out in the table published on the Program page. The table could be revised by Rollin Host with prior notice and without retroactive effect.
Rewards could vary depending on the plan type subscribed by the Referred Customer (shared hosting, VPS, dedicated), the billing cycle (monthly/annual) and any seasonal campaigns.
6. When the reward is credited
The reward was credited after:
- Confirmation of payment of the Referred Customer's first invoice;
- Completion of a 30 (thirty)-day waiting period from the date of payment, during which the Referred Customer could not request a refund (30-day money-back guarantee) — if the Referred Customer requested a refund within the guarantee period, the referral was cancelled and no amount became payable;
- Anti-fraud validation (section 8).
After that period, the balance appeared in the Referrer's panel as "Approved balance" and became available for withdrawal or conversion to credit.
7. PIX withdrawal and invoice credit
The approved balance could be:
- Withdrawn via PIX from a minimum of BRL 50.00 (fifty Brazilian reais), to an account held in the Referrer's own name (identical CPF/CNPJ). Requests were processed within up to 7 (seven) business days;
- Converted to credit to offset the Referrer's own invoices (no minimum amount required).
The Referrer was responsible for keeping their PIX key information up to date. Withdrawals rejected by the beneficiary's bank were reprocessed after the data was corrected.
8. Anti-fraud
To preserve the integrity of the Program, Rollin Host monitored and could reject conversions in cases of:
- Self-referral (same identity, nearby IP addresses, identical financial details);
- Referred Customers who requested a refund within the 30-day guarantee after receiving an incentive from the Referrer;
- Orchestrated fraud patterns (multiple accounts created solely for the purpose of generating commissions);
- Violation of the Terms of Service by the Referred Customer within the first 60 days;
- Chargeback or disputed payment by the Referred Customer.
In suspicious cases, Rollin Host could place a hold on the credit for up to 60 days pending the conclusion of the investigation. Where fraud was established, the credit was rejected and the Referrer's participation could be revoked.
9. Conduct in promotion
When promoting Rollin Host, the Referrer was required to:
- Refrain from making false, exaggerated or misleading statements about the services;
- Not use the Rollin Host brand in a way that implied a partnership or representation that did not exist;
- Not conduct unauthorized bulk sending of emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages (spam — in compliance with the Anti-Spam Policy);
- Not purchase paid traffic on Rollin Host brand keywords (e.g., "rollin host", "rollinhost") without prior written authorization;
- Not create false pages or websites impersonating Rollin Host.
10. LGPD and personal data
The Referrer was solely responsible for the legal compliance of any communications sent to third parties. A referral could only be directed to individuals with whom the Referrer had a prior legitimate relationship and/or who had consented to receive such communications, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Rollin Host processed the Referrer's personal data in the context of the Program in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Taxation
Amounts received by the Referrer may have been subject to taxes under applicable law. Individual Referrers were responsible for including such amounts in their personal income tax return where required; Referrers that are legal entities were required to issue the corresponding tax invoice for the release of amounts exceeding the threshold exempt from that obligation.
Rollin Host could withhold taxes where required by law, and such withholding did not constitute an unlawful reduction of the benefit.
12. Suspension and termination of participation
Rollin Host could, at any time, suspend or terminate the Referrer's participation in the event of a breach of these Terms, established fraud, or the discontinuation of the Program. Approved balances not yet withdrawn remained available for withdrawal or use for 90 days from the date of the termination notice, except in cases of fraud.
13. Amendments
Rollin Host could amend these Terms at any time, with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice for material changes (reduction of commission, change to the cookie window, modification of withdrawal rules). Conversions already credited were governed by the conditions in force on the date of crediting.
