Not sending or receiving?
Quick checklist:
- Does the MX record point to
mail.seudominio.com.br? - Are SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured? (required so Gmail/Outlook do not reject your mail)
- Does the password contain a special character that the client is escaping?
- Is port
465or587blocked by your internet provider?
In DirectAdmin → E-mail Manager → SPF Records it comes preconfigured. For DKIM, enable it under Email Manager → DKIM.
