Click Start recording and pick the whole screen, a window or a tab. Tick whether you want the microphone and system audio.

Pause and resume whenever you want. When you stop, the preview shows on the same screen so you can check it before publishing.

Give it a title and publish. The link opens a page with the video, captions and transcript. Sign in with your email (6-digit code, no password).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?
No. Recording happens in the browser itself, on a computer: Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Mobile browsers do not allow screen recording yet; record with the built-in recorder and use transcribe video to get the text.
Does it record audio too?
Yes. You choose the microphone, tab or system audio, or both mixed. System audio depends on the browser: in Chrome and Edge it works when sharing a tab or the whole screen (tick "share audio" in the browser dialog).
How long can I record?
On the free plan, up to 10 minutes per recording and up to 2 active recordings at a time. With Rollin Ferramentas Pro, up to 30 minutes per recording with no limit on how many. The recording stops by itself at the limit and nothing is lost.
How long does the link stay up?
On the free plan, 7 days from publishing. On Pro, 30 days. After that the video is deleted from our servers automatically. You can also delete it earlier from the recording page.
Who can watch the recording?
Anyone with the link. The page is not listed in search engines or public lists: the address is random and only you know who you sent it to. Delete the recording at any time if needed.
Are captions automatic?
Yes. After publishing, our engine transcribes the audio and generates synced captions and the full text, shown next to the video with clickable timestamps. Captions use your account's free transcriptions (2 per account); Pro has no limit.
Can I download the recording file?
Downloading the file is part of Rollin Ferramentas Pro, as is watermark-free playback. On the free plan the video is available through the link for 7 days.
Can I summarize the recording with AI?
Yes. On the recording page, once the transcript is ready, the "Summarize with AI" button delivers a summary in paragraphs, bullet points or meeting minutes. The summary counts toward the AI writing quota (3 per day on the free plan).
What format is the video recorded in?
The browser records in WebM (or MP4 on Safari), with good quality for screens and readable text. The recording page plays in any browser and on phones.
