Frequently asked questions
Should I keep a local copy too?
Recommended: local for fast restores, remote for disasters. If disk is tight, untick "Retain backups in the default backup directory" to ship and free local space.
Can I use it to migrate servers later?
Yes. cPanel backup files stay intact on the storage and can be restored on another WHM server — it doubles as a migration plan.
What about DirectAdmin or Plesk?
Any panel that speaks SFTP or FTP for remote backups can use the storage. If unsure about your case, talk to support before ordering.
How much does the storage cost?
